CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

House Of Bichona deals in handcrafted products. Each piece is work of art, laboriously designed and created by artisans of rural/ semi-urban India. Large variety in fabric, texture, hand-block designs, colour patterns, sizes etc. only makes the collection rich. It is natural for slight variations in these and other parameters to appear, as the artisan works on her craft. Each piece is unique, in that sense.

We kindly request our connoisseurs to appreciate this inherent beauty of handcraft's "imperfectness". Rest assured of fabric quality and steadfastness of colours. 

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. However, if we have already shipped the product prior to your cancellation request, then unfortunately we would not be able to entertain the same. In case of a valid cancellation order prior to shipping of the product, we shall refund your payment within 7 working days. 

Returns and Refunds

A return request shall be valid only if it is placed within 12 hours of delivery of the product. Acceptable reasons for return are torn fabric, wrong product being delivered, or large colour smudges more than 2mm in diameter. Please note minor imperfections which are natural with handcrafted products are not a valid reason for return. Please send us relevant product pictures at support@houseofbichona.com. We shall revert to you within 24 hours from receipt of your email, with either acceptance of your return request (along with return shipping instructions) or denial of the same with reasons. If we accept your return request, please send the product back to us with original packing and labelling intact as per the return shipping instructions. We shall inspect the product upon receipt, and if all is in order, we shall refund your payment within 7 working days. In case of any discrepancy, we shall contact you for immediate resolution.

Please note products purchased through sale/ discount/ gift card options shall not be eligible for returns/ refunds.
